Why can't I change the flag/country of my account?

The country on your account is automatically set based on your IP address. If you move abroad or travel to another country you will not be able to access your account from that new country for 48 hours (you can also contact support to request early unlocking).
After playing from a new country for at least one round the country/flag on your account will be updated.
